A friend had their house listed for two years. After hearing about this they gave it a try and got an offer less than a month later.
My last house I sold I had it listed for just over a month when I heard about this. I thought it was a bit of superstition, but I thought would give it a try. I got close to a full price offer four days later. Coincidence? Maybe, but a double blind study would not be possible.

I’ve heard other people’s stories since I published the article and lots telling me the same. It’s hard to explain but something about this works.
