A lot has changed in the last decade, yet things still feel the same. Toronto is one of the most unique cities in the world. These shots were captured in the better part of 2011 with my digital camera.

I mostly noticed how clean the areas were.
Yes! It was better maintained for sure. I miss more lanes on the street too.
Beautiful pictures, Toronto is, in fact, a very unique big city and perhaps, that is what brought me here.
But it became a city for millionaires, I just can’t afford living here anymore. I will be leaving Toronto when Summer comes.
It certainly has got expensive here! I’m born and raised in Toronto and find it difficult to keep afloat and still have fun. Many of my friends can’t buy their own place and it’s sad when you can’t afford to live in your hometown. Toronto in 2011 before the boom was a better time for sure.
