Noite de Mercado Revisited – 2022 FUNCHAL MADEIRA – Walking Tour

In honour of one of the biggest festivals in Madeira, I am revisiting Noite de Mercado. This video brings me saudades of my Christmas trip last year! Truthfully, I have never experienced anything like this night ever in my life! It was remarkable and I cannot wait to go back again some day. This was my POV walking around on Noite de Mercado, December 23, 2022 in Funchal, Madeira.

    Only 8 minutes and 14 seconds? I wanted to see more! I was blown away by your cinema vérité style video of this extraordinary Noite de Mercado in Madeira. You captured the cacophony of Portuguese voices and I loved the immersive experience of following the crowds around the streets. Kudos to you for doing this video without imposing a fake soundtrack over it. I felt like I was there! I just loved this so much, I wanted to see more, so I’ll just have to watch the 8 minutes and 14 seconds again on loop. Wishing you a Feliz Natal and looking forward to seeing what you do in 2024!
