Really proud to see that my book is now included in the Toronto Public Library book collection.
Do the work and dreams really come true! The values that I learned from my grandfather’s life is enough motivation to achieve anything.

Devin, congratulations on this great achievement. It’s something to be very proud of. You have added your voice and your family’s story of immigration to Canada to the collective narrative of the Portuguese in Canada. It is fitting that your book is now at the Toronto Public Library because Toronto is such a focal point for that immigration. I look forward to reading your book and wish you much success with getting it out to readers.
